Q: QuestionI purchased this fridge ovember 2016 and we have 2 problems First. Every time we open the lower freezer Ice cubes fall out the back and go under the freezer door . Is this normal. Secondly , this fridge has larger storage shelves which break .2 so far .

Q: QuestionDo you have to use a filter to make ice? I have a direct line of reverse osmosis water that I can put into my refrigerator and don't need a filter. Also, are the coils underneath easy to get to so that you can vacuum them?
