Yes, the temperature is adjusted right at the front digital panel, 0 degrees for the freezer, and at least 36 degrees at the refrigerator compartment. If you overload your upper section, you may place the temp no less than 34 degrees, to let the new groceries get the right temp. For the lower section, please don't set it below 0 degrees, because it will overrun the compressor and can cause circuit damage. Thank you!

On the display, right side you see the word FRIDGE. Hold it down for 3 seconds, let go then tap at your desired temperature. It will not go lower than 34°, water freezes at 32° Ignore the -8°, it is now at -1°
