Should the water line be facing towards the fridge? We just had ours installed, & its not angled towards us like most fridges are. This makes it hard to ensure the water makes it into a water bottle; seems like using a cup will work, not a bottle null

Mine was installed the same way. It causes a lot of water to spill out into a catch tray that doesn't drain. I thought Samsung had just made it that awkward way. Also with all that space I haven't found a good place for the milk without having to leave the collapsible shelf always pushed back. Experts say that milk should not be in the door because it will spoil faster.

Yes, this does seem awkward. This is our second unit and it seems to be the standard for this model.
