We were first drawn towards this fridge because of how sleek the appearance is. Four doors with recessed handles make it very attractive. The bottom right door being a flex zone is what sold us on this particular product. We already have another appliance where the bottom half can be fridge ot freezer and we have taken advantage of that feature many times, so, this seemed a great idea to us. We have had the fridge a few weeks now and no concerns or problems. We find it extremely quiet. We started with the temp recommendations that came with the fridge and so far so good. Our particular positioning within our kitchen makes it a bit crowded since we didn't purchase the counter depth. It makes no sense to pay more and get less so we just deal with that problem (which is our problem and not necessarily someone else). The delivery was on time and and installation was smooth and effortless.

Perfect refrigerator for families that run out of space! We have a deep freeze so we don’t need all the freezer space in a typical fridge but run out of room for fruits and veggies all the time. The flex space has been perfect for us to put healthy snack and drinks at an easy reach for the kids. My only wish list would have been to have a small pull out tray for cheese or lunch meat but the four bins in more than enough for fruits and veggies. Overall great buy.

We bought this refrigerator in 2017 and started having problems suddenly with the ice maker which apparently is a known problem. I also found Mold forming on the outside of the ice shoot, as you can see on the included picture below. Did you know that Best Buy out sources the service contract for Samsung ? Trying to get a repair for Samsung is a "JOKE" !! I have bought "many" products from Best Buy since they opened and they had been our go to source when we need appliances. This will NO LONGER be our go to place. When you buy an appliance and you buy the protection place, than you expect it to be a no problem fix. I would not recommend Samsung appliance to anyone since they only certain facilities to repair them.

Not only did I buy the biggest fridge they carry but the best functional one for my family. the option to use the bottom right portion for a freezer or "mini" fridge is amazing! I decided to give that section to the kids for their snacks and drinks, since they are not quite tall enough for the top section. The freezer is a lot more spacious than it looks, but I also have a deep freezer that I use. The shelves inside the fridge are adjustable and one even folds up for taller items. The ice maker is really quiet, which is really nice. I love the fact that you can hit a button and cool off the inside faster. Also, having the door alarm helps out when the doors don't get closed all the way. The only con that I have with it is that I wish it had a lock button for the water and ice dispenser, as I have a 2 yr old who brings over her stool and "plays" with it.

I wanted so much to love this refrigerator. It has horrible defects. The ice maker freezes over and the temp of the main fridge does not stay at food safe temperature. Google Samsung refrigerator defects and you will see 1000s of stories of food spoilage and defective ice makers.

The top has lots of room and the flex fridge is AWESOME!! You can use it for a freezer, or refrigerator. We fill it with fruits and healthy snacks for the kids. They know that is where they can go and grab anything they want if they are hungry. The finish is beautiful! and so easy to clean. Definitely a must have for families with kids.

We love the refrigerator. Unfortunately Best Buy employee dented the side when loading it in the truck. Best Buy refuses to take any ownership. Now we have a wonderful refrigerator that we paid top dollar for, but has a large dent in the side. After being a long time customer, we will no longer use Best Buy.

We love this refrigerator! It's so versatile. We were able to use the lower right portion of the freezer as an extended refrigerator section. The sales manager was very knowledgeable and able to answer questions. The delivery guys were polite, respectful and just wonderful overall! They took my front door off the hinges to make sure that they didn't scratch it, then they replaced it once they got the refrigerator in. They made sure that the refrigerator was level and up & running before leaving. We were greatly satisfied with the service and the product!

This Refrigerator is quite a departure from a conventional Refrigerator by having 4 doors. This is what attracted me to this Model. My Previous Refrigerator was also a Samsung, it is still in use without any malfunction after over 9 years..

If you are specifically looking for a fridge that is fingerprint resistant, this is NOT the one you should go with. It leaves finger prints very easily- even with freshly washed hands. Absolutely appalling that Samsung advertises this product with “Fingerprint Resistant” in the name.

Ice maker condensates which makes it drip and ice builds up around ice bin, Geek Squad has serviced this fridge 4 times this year for the same problem. Plans are in place to replace fridge.

I did a lot of research on refrigerators before deciding on this one. I’m very happy with my purchase overall although it has a couple of annoying features. First, the water coming out of the fridge shoots more backwards as opposed to straight down into your cup. This causes a problem because water tends to splash out of your cup, making a huge mess. Speaking of messes, finger prints, finger prints, finger prints, need I say more? Overall, it is very beautiful. I love having the bottom one or two freezers with doors as opposed to having a drawer freezer where everything gets buried.

This is a very nice looking refrigerator with lots of space, especially love being able to turn the bottom right compartment into a refrigerator. My biggest complaint is that there is not enough ice for my family of 5. It doesn't have as much ice as our old side by side and it is very slow to drop the ice compared to our old side by side (probably because it is almost out much of the time.) The plus to this is the ice is always fresh because we use the whole bin every day. We do have an RO unit (yes the pressure is fine in our RO tank) and it did seem to improve when we removed the filter in the refrigerator, but still not enough ice even after following Samsungs recommendations for resetting the ice maker. Other complaint is that it gets hand prints easily compared to our old frigidaire side by side. I wipe it down almost every time I walk in the kitchen. Part of that is that we have 3 little boys. Frigidaire's stainless didn't mark as easily. We notice it more now that there are no handles sticking out. Also, magnets do not stick to the front of the refrigerator, not good when you are used to hanging important school papers or shopping lists on the front of the refrigerator. One of the reasons we purchased this refrigerator was that it didn't have handles, making it one of the biggest refrigerators we could get because of where our refrigerator was positioned close to our dishwasher. We did have to raise our cabinets since this refrigerator is considerably taller than most. All in all, we really like our new refrigerator. The space is fantastic!

We have had this refrigerator for about a month. So far we are happy with it. The freezer space is perfect for us, but the refrigerator is a bit small. There was not enough room for tall containers and we had to remove a shelf to accommodate them. The door space is limited and salad dressings and sauces etc. had to go on to a top shelf. We are happy that it has a flex space and will make use of that during the holidays, when we have more treats on hand. The refrigerator is very quiet and seems to produce plenty of ice.

After a lot of research and agonizing we decided to get this fridge. It's been just about a month and we're very glad we did. As we have a very large chest freezer *and* a second fridge in the basement, we've set the flex-zone compartment to the "chill" setting (30ºf). Love the flexibility, and love the size of the main refrigerator compartment. Can't say we've had occasion to complain about the size of the indoor storage on the left size--this fridge is so big it's easy enough to find space for everything. We have also not had any issues with noise--in fact, it's much quieter than our previous fridge. And since we're not huge ice people I can't tell if it's too slow with ice (as some people have noted). The only thing I'm not sure about is the filter. What I mean by this is that we don't need it--the water line comes from a reverse osmosis filter--and it's not clear from the documentation if we can just take it out. I'll also note that while the central location of the filter (right inside the fridge) would make it very convenient for those who do need it to take it in and out, it does seem to take up some space (and is probably the least attractive part of the fridge). Beyond that, no complaints. We obviously have not had it long enough to have any insight into its reliability, but we're hoping for the best. By the way, if like we were, you're intrigued by the counter depth version, make sure to measure carefully. In our case, the doors of the counter depth model would not have opened fully past the counters on either side--we'd have had to pull it out further from the wall, ending up at the same effective depth as this much larger model which was cheaper to boot!
