“button disable to interact with the touchscreen Has anybody found a way to disable having to push the light/button in the dispenser in order to interact with the display? Really a pain to have to hold down the button in order to get the display to respond. Maybe I'm just not smarter than the equipment I bought, but there isn't any instructions in the manual to do so.”

The touch display on this model should respond automatically when you touch the screen. If you're wearing gloves, have callouses or are using a stylus, the screen may not respond. If none of these are present and it still isn't responding, service may be necessary.
