“I’m running direct tv and Netflix. I’m not getting Dolby Atmos no blue lights coming on anywhere on this soundbar. Not getting the sound I heard in store. Also it keeps shutting off for no reason. Samsung hw-k850 returned once worst $800 dollars spent !!!”

None of these answers are helping I still want the soundbar to say Dolby Atmos and what form from Samsung guy I don’t see no form this is ridiculous I guess I’m going to have to return this one as well
