It could be the age of the TV or sound bar. This sound bar is the only one Samsung said would operate properly with a 2017 HD4 Flat Screen.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to sub-woofer, press/hold set-up button until blue light stops blinking, sound bar should state ready, then configure via sound bar remote, should synch with tv source.Good luck. Cumbersome without Sound bar remote.
