• Thanks for the question. It isn't unusual for condensation to form on the surface between the doors of your French Door refrigerator when there is a lot of moisture and humidity in the air. To help reduce the condensation you can deactivate the Energy Saver feature on your RF31FMESBSR. When Energy Saver is off, the low-wattage heater between the doors is turned on, which helps to evaporate the condensation. - Ms. Samsung

• No. We had the same problem, but solved it by opening the right hand door slightly before closing the left hand door. This apparently enables the magnetic latch to seat properly.

• No. Is the refrigerator level? Do the doors appear to be straight across from each other on the top?
