Thanks for the question. It isn't unusual for condensation to form on the surface between the doors of your French Door refrigerator when there is a lot of moisture and humidity in the air. To help reduce the condensation you can deactivate the Energy Saver feature on your RF31FMESBSR. When Energy Saver is off, the low-wattage heater between the doors is turned on, which helps to evaporate the condensation. - Ms. Samsung
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. We had the same problem, but solved it by opening the right hand door slightly before closing the left hand door. This apparently enables the magnetic latch to seat properly.
