Q: QuestionMy doors on my oven has completely locked. I need the serial number to get serviced. How would I get it?

Q: QuestionCan this oven be installed under a countertop with a standard cabinet? Meaning a normal height toe kick - 4" The install diagram seems to be giving non standard toe kick dimensions that seem to be necessary only if you are installing a cooktop over it

Samsung does not recommend using the divider as a rack as it is not designed to hold food, but to block and prevent heat transfer between the sections.
