• We own this oven (and love it). You can use the timer function without turning the oven on

• The wall oven offers the time cooking feature that allows the oven to turn on immediately and cooks for the length of time you select. At the end of the cooking time, the oven turns off automatically. Thank you for choosing Samsung! ^Lena
