“Water dispenser slow, ice forming on outside of upper icemaker The water dispenser is very slow lately. Recently, the upper icemaker stopped dispensing ice. The ice maker was stuck and would not come out. We finally removed the ice maker and discovered a large sheet of ice that had it frozen in place. After we removed the ice, it began to dispense ice again. There is now ice formed in the back of the icemaker housing. It has never dispensed cubed ice properly, as if stuck in crushed position. Could the water line be frozen somewhere? The freezer temp is at 5 and the refrigerator at 40, anything lower causes food to freeze in the refrigerator. Even at 5, ice cream freezes too hard. I notice frost in the freezer. We change filter regularly. Thanks!”
