A:AnswerIt is common. Several complaints on Best Buy, Amazon and Samsung site. I have 2 TV's with the same issue. Samsung admitted that they do not have a fix. Currently waiting on UPS labels to return both sets for refunds. If the 30 day warranty from Best Buy is up, contact Samsung and let them know you want to return for refund.
A:AnswerI had the same issue. As far as I know, there's not and Best Buy makes you pay a service fee for helping you. However, I think the legs will only go in one way. You have "drop the screw in", and apply pressure w/ the screwdriver. I was afraid I was going to strip it, but it didn't. It's very awkward to do, for sure. Be sure to lie the TV down on a blanket...you don't want to mess up the screen or jack w/ the color.
