Thank you. Sorry to hear I can only use the built in agitator softener dispenser with deep wash. I now plan to use my old downy fabric softener plastic dispenser ball during the normal or quick wash cycles instead. You answered that it was ok to do that in my new Samsung washer, since I do not want to always use deep wash and hopefully try to save water. Thank you.
