“Installers zip tied drain hose to pipes to drain into a laundry tub. The manual, page 24 states, "Assemble the supplied hose guide at the end of the rain hose and put the hanger on the laundry tub". I did not receive this part. How do I get my hose guide?”

Delivery people zip tied my hoses as well. I personally think it’s secure and fine. No worries.
