    • Answer It is not normal you should adjust the feet at the bottom of the washer so that it is even and not wobbly.

  • QuestionMore times than not, when washing a load of towels, at the end of the cycle the towels are still very wet and we need to run an extra rinse and spin so that they can be ready to go in the dryer. Why does this happen only with towels?

    • Answer I was told it would but when my washing machine got deliver it was apparent that it won’t. So the answer is NO it will not work as the bottom of this washing machine has a part that sticks out at the bottom and needs more room than this pedestal has. You have to get the new pedestals. Samsung is making money that way by making you get a new pedestal for the new models.

  • QuestionDoes this machine have ball bearings that help the drum turn? I have noticed grease spots on whites in our current front-loader, and we have determined its coming from the ball bearings wearing out. I do not want to end up with new grease spots in 5 yrs!
