Is it normal for this washer to move around and vibrate heavily during the spin cycle? I'm a bit concerned... null

The more level the washer the less vibration. My laundry area is tiled and uneven, had to use a shim under the front left side to level it out. Use a level and make sure it is level along front, back and sides to get the accurate placement, vibration will occur on high spin speed, but still minimal

Did you remove the (4) shipping bolts on the back of the washer?

No it's not normal. You have to adjust the rubber feet at the bottom of the machine to level it.
This will stop the vibration.+

No, to answer your question. It’s not normal and these washers have a lot of issues in my experience. It’s not balanced so you should get it checked out or return it.

Sometimes the loads get lopsided, especially heavy items, and it will rock a little but shouldn't move. It sounds like the feet may need to be adjusted so its level and steady.
