its amazing, i love this function and my two small children have had no side effects or rashes

The dispenser is not designed to "spray" the detergent on the clothes, but should release diluted detergent into the wash drum along with the water. It is not unusual for some of the water and the detergent to run down the glass door, which actually protrudes into the machine. I would suggest calling 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can help determine whether your WF448AAP has the new siphoning detergent cup insert in the dispenser. - Ms. Samsung
