• It does clean but the spin doesn't drain the excess water as well as my previous Samsung front load washer. Your comforter may be a bit wet. I still prefer top load however

• Yes it can fit a King Size comforter; but I wouldn't put anything else with it. I think it could fit a few smaller things in addition to the comforter, but it might affect how much the comforter gets cleaned.
