- Answer Harry, the Samsung rep is incorrect. The specs in the manual show up to 1150W power usage with “washing and heating”; specs on their website show built in heater. You can also tell because of the “Sanitize” function which internally heats the water up to a comfortable 65C for Sanitizing, and maintains this temperature with a heater.

QuestionI have a stacked washer and dryer but the washer is unrepairable. Considering this washer but can I use the same stacking kit already in use and stack this washer with the current dryer? specs are the same. Current dryer model #DV330AEW/XAA.

QuestionI purchased this 5 months ago and have had continued problems.It was installed by the Best Buy team. It currently has a load locked in and is giving me a "SE" error. If I try to start a new cycle it will just flash until it gives me the "SE." ???????

QuestionI like to use a cold water wash and rinse. I've tried various cycles setting wash temperature on cold but my clothing is always warm when the cycle finishes. How do I set this machine to get a cold wash and a cold rinse?

QuestionWhat size drain hose will I need to use?

- Answer Hello! Samsung recommends a standpipe 18 in. (460 mm) high. The drain hose must be connected through the hose clip to the standpipe, and the standpipe must fully cover the drain hose.
