“I have had problem with unbalanced loads on my current machine which does not have an agitator. Have any of you all had issues with unbalanced loads? What is the process of this unit if a load is unbalanced? My current unit refills with water and is dumb”

This unit gets off balance extremely easy and it’s extremely expensive to repair. We purchased in Oct 2020 and to repair is almost $800 which is more than we paid.
