• A:Answer The dimensions on the picture on the Best Buy website showing the washer are not correct. Thankfully it is only 44 inches tall to the top of the dials so it matches the Samsun dryer I have. It is 26.5 inches wide. Hope this helps

• A:Answer It does have a setting to automatically set the water fill height, but its not the default setting. You have to cycle through the water height settings until the light turns off and that is the auto height setting.

Q: QuestionJust purchased and was installed on 7/31. Have 4.5 cubic feet Top load washer with vibration. Reduction technology!. The machine is level, however during spin cycle makes a horrible noise, vibrates and shakes. Thought it was due to imbalance of load.

Q: QuestionDoes this machine have a soak feature that I can use to soak clothes for a time period of about an hour without it emptying the tub of water? I want to use the soak water to wash the clothes after soaking for up to an hour.
