Washer Exchange
From the tech. Support on the phone to the repair man coming to my home to look at my washer everyone was very knowledgeable on what was happening with the washer and everyone at Bestbuy did everything to get me and my family back to our routine. Our washer was deemed a fire hazard needed to be replaced.

We love our new machines, the color is beautiful and they fit perfectly. They are quiet and handle all the loads we do weekly for our family of 5. I would recommend buying these machines for the great price and service Best Buy offered.

Samsung Does Not Disappoint
The washer and dryer are so spacious. Room to wash comforters as well as the settings to for most any type of cloth. I would reccomend for large families or for those whose family use a clean towel for every shower...and we all have that one family member who uses two towels a day. As far as the style. Very sleek and shiny, adds an elegant look to your laundry room. The exterior does get scratched easily, but can be buffed out if that bothers you. One of our favorite features is that the top of the washer is clear, so you can watch the wash, if thats somthing that interests you. We were intrigued.
