LOVE THIS WASHER!
I love this washing machine (and the matching dryer). The capacity is terrific - I was able to wash my queen size down comforter with ease (and dry it too in the matching dryer using wool balls to keep it fluffy). The fact that it's a high-efficiency unit with "deep fill" makes it perfect for every type of laundry purpose. The features are great too - it automatically detects load size by weight and fills the machine appropriately. You can control everything else from soil level to temperature to speed and number of rinses with ease. The only downfall, which I was aware of before purchasing because I bought it in-store, is the tub is very, very deep. I'm 5' 5" and need a "grabber" to reach small items that end up on the bottom like socks and wash cloths. I give it 5 stars anyway!

Great purchase!!!
We bought these 1.5 years ago and they are still working amazing and without a smell, as we have had in the past with washer machines. I love how large it is, perfect for a family of 7 with a lot of laundry and bedding.

Washer Exchange
From the tech. Support on the phone to the repair man coming to my home to look at my washer everyone was very knowledgeable on what was happening with the washer and everyone at Bestbuy did everything to get me and my family back to our routine. Our washer was deemed a fire hazard needed to be replaced.
