A: Unfortunately all the answers I received from you guys where wrong, the Washing Machine came with the Fill Hose inside the package. Because all of you say It doesn't come with the Fill Hose I went to Home Depot to buy one separate. When I received my Washing Machine and opened I found out the Fill Hose was inside. I have to go to Home Depot the day after to return to Fill Hose.

The mother of all wahsers
I’ve had this for about a month now I wanted to have it for a while before I left a review. There’s only one complaint I have and that the smart control has to be turned on each time you use it if you want to control it through the app. I’m guessing that’s a security feature and I do remember to turn it on so it is what it is. I’m about 4ft11” tall, I can’t reach the bottom of the machine without a ladder. I got one of those little grabbers. This does about three loads in one and they come clean. I think it has an automatic sensor because there’s no small setting. It has a deep fill and pre-soak which I love. My last washer was a front load Samsung and it lasted about seven years before it rusted out. But to be honest that machine was put through the paces. My daughter likes to wash her huge rugs in it and that is what broke it finally. I went with a larger one because I wanted to be able to wash pink size blankets and my last one was 4.5 ft.³ and didn’t do well with the larger blankets. This one has no such issue. It’s in my basement so I don’t hear the noise other people here as far as balance. It’s not allowed at all. In my opinion. Everything comes out clean and I don’t regret my purchase. I’ll probably stick with the Samsung after this. There is a button on the inside you can push if you wanna fill it with the top up. My clothes comeout bery clean. My last one had a built-in super hot water heater that sterilize this one does not but I don’t miss it. This one has a bunch of choices for spin and rinse soil and then five settings for temperature. I only miss the front loader because i am short. This machine is the beat one ive ever owned.

I love my BIG SAMMY
Let’s just say my Samsung Washer’s name is BIG SAMMY, she is bigger than my stove and I’m in love! Thank you Samsung she’s a beauty and she does everything you said she would, I told my brother and he just got the black one and this family is walking around with the cleanest and best washed clothes out here!

Awesome Samsung Washer
Design, color and overall product is AWESOME! It’s silent, washes the clothes throughly. Love the multiple choices of temp/rinse/spin and soil buttons. Very efficient, works GREAT!
