I’ve had this for about a month now I wanted to have it for a while before I left a review. There’s only one complaint I have and that the smart control has to be turned on each time you use it if you want to control it through the app. I’m guessing that’s a security feature and I do remember to turn it on so it is what it is. I’m about 4ft11” tall, I can’t reach the bottom of the machine without a ladder. I got one of those little grabbers. This does about three loads in one and they come clean. I think it has an automatic sensor because there’s no small setting. It has a deep fill and pre-soak which I love. My last washer was a front load Samsung and it lasted about seven years before it rusted out. But to be honest that machine was put through the paces. My daughter likes to wash her huge rugs in it and that is what broke it finally. I went with a larger one because I wanted to be able to wash pink size blankets and my last one was 4.5 ft.³ and didn’t do well with the larger blankets. This one has no such issue. It’s in my basement so I don’t hear the noise other people here as far as balance. It’s not allowed at all. In my opinion. Everything comes out clean and I don’t regret my purchase. I’ll probably stick with the Samsung after this. There is a button on the inside you can push if you wanna fill it with the top up. My clothes comeout bery clean. My last one had a built-in super hot water heater that sterilize this one does not but I don’t miss it. This one has a bunch of choices for spin and rinse soil and then five settings for temperature. I only miss the front loader because i am short. This machine is the beat one ive ever owned.

I’ve been really happy with my Samsung 5.2 cu. ft. high efficiency top load washer. It’s super spacious-fits large loads easily, which means fewer wash cycles for me. The washer runs quietly and cleans clothes really well, even on quick settings. I also like the sleek look and the easy to use controls. The spin cycle gets clothes almost dry, which saves a ton of drying time. Definitely worth the buy if you’re looking for something efficient, modern, and reliable!

Let’s just say my Samsung Washer’s name is BIG SAMMY, she is bigger than my stove and I’m in love! Thank you Samsung she’s a beauty and she does everything you said she would, I told my brother and he just got the black one and this family is walking around with the cleanest and best washed clothes out here!

I absolutely love this washing machine.! It will sync up with my Samsung smart phone through the "smart things" app and even let you control some functions from your phone. Very deep tub and it can do rather large loads compared to my older washer it replaced but I will admit it took a little bit to get used to the idea of a agitator-less washer at first but it seems to do a wonderful job over all. Now lets hope it lasts as long as my older one did.! ;-)

Design, color and overall product is AWESOME! It’s silent, washes the clothes throughly. Love the multiple choices of temp/rinse/spin and soil buttons. Very efficient, works GREAT!

I've been using this washer for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The drum is incredibly spacious, making it easy to wash large loads without a problem. It's also remarkably quiet I can actually have a conversation while it’s running, which is a game changer. One of my favorite features is the soft-close door; it’s such a thoughtful detail and no more accidental bumps to the head! Overall, this washer has exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it.

The washer works great. My old one was almost 30 years old so this is a massive upgrade in every way.i can wash double or almost triple the size loads now.

Love my new smart washing machine so much, it sends me texts when the cycle is complete! I was sold water hoses I did not need, was to just return it, never told it had to be 14 days! They were still going to do it but said I didnt have the box. The delivery drivers handed me these hoses already out of a box and they and I even took a picture of how they delivered everything right inside my living room door. So my local store manager rudely refused to refund my $35. I got a BB credit card to come back and also purchase the dryer and a new refrigerator, I will pay off this BB card, close it and go back to Menards for my future purchases.

Amazing product, I am very happy with how quick it washes my clothes and how it cleans them incredibly well! I wouldn’t have chosen any other brand to be my main house appliance supplier.

Huge capacity, handles bedding with ease. We weren't sure how the impeller would clean, but it does a great job, as good or better than a traditional agitator. The smart features work very well, it fills the proper amount of water automatically, and lets us know when a load is finished washing with an Alexa announcement. Thus far this has been the favorite washer we've ever owned. Lets just hope it lasts.

I absolutely love this machine. It washes everything really well compared to my ge that died after 5yrs. Yes, it is a quiet machine, i have not had issues with it getting unbalanced, The only noise it makes is the song it plays, i think you can select to turn that off. I put on a protector for the glass. However, it seems pointless to use the wifi and app to send the wash cycle to the machine when you cannot turn on and start the machine from the app.

I love this washer, it’s quiet, also I have it set up to notify me on my watch and tv to let me know when the washer is done. Also I love the self clean on this one it does so much better than the first one I had.

So far, this washer is exceeding my expectations. It works so well and all my clothes smell and feel so clean. I love all the different options available. Best buy pickup was quick and easy and we had help to load it.
