Q: QuestionIs there an optional button or setting to add extra water to every load ?
Asked by Lady.

Q: QuestionWhich is better . An impeller or agitator
Asked by Cooper.
- A:Answer Greetings Cooper, Both agitator and impeller washers have unique features and benefits. The choice between the two depends on your specific laundry needs and preferences. When deciding between a washer with an impeller or an agitator, the choice depends on your specific laundry needs and preferences. Here are the main differences and benefits of each: Agitator Washers Pros: Effective Cleaning: Agitators are known for their vigorous cleaning action, making them effective at removing tough stains and heavy soil from clothes. Shorter Wash Cycles: These washers typically have shorter wash cycles compared to impeller models. Handling Heavy Loads: Agitator washers excel at washing bulky items like blankets and comforters due to their robust agitation. Cons: Potential Wear on Fabrics: The aggressive action can be rougher on fabrics, which may cause more wear and tear over time. Less Capacity: The central post of the agitator takes up space, reducing the overall capacity for laundry. Impeller Washers Pros: Gentler on Clothes: Impellers are designed to be gentler on fabrics, reducing the wear and tear on your clothing. Increased Capacity: Without a central post, there is more space in the drum, allowing for larger loads of laundry. Efficient Water and Energy Use: Impeller washers generally use less water and are more energy-efficient, which can lead to cost savings over time. Better for Delicates: These washers handle delicate fabrics better due to their gentle washing action. Cons: Longer Wash Cycles: Impeller washers typically have longer wash cycles to achieve the same level of cleanliness. Pre-Treatment Needed: Heavily soiled items may require pre-treatment or additional soak time to achieve optimal cleaning results. Summary Choose an Agitator Washer if: You frequently wash heavily soiled clothes or need shorter wash cycles. You often wash bulky items like blankets and comforters. You prefer robust cleaning power for tough stains. Choose an Impeller Washer if: You want a gentler wash for your clothes, reducing wear and tear. You have larger loads and need more drum capacity. You prefer a more energy and water-efficient machine. You often wash delicate fabrics and need a gentle washing action. Q: QuestionDoes the clothing get all tangled together while being washed? I have this problem with my old washer and want to avoid buying another that tangles items together.
Asked by Rob.
- A:Answer I’ve had mine a couple months now and have no problems with tangles (or anything, for that matter). As a newer technology washer with no spindle, I initially loaded items distributing them as carefully as I could. I finally realized the washer had a cycle that seems to automatically distribute the weight properly before water is added so perhaps this helps prevent entanglement. Regardless, it has not been an issue.

Q: QuestionDoe it tell me how much time is left in cycle?
Asked by pj.
- A:Answer Yes it does. It tell you how long the wash time will be depending on the what you choose. Hot water versus cold water. fuller load versus a half load. it gives you the time and then counts down the minutes until the cycle is complete.

Q: QuestionWhat is a impellar on a washing machine
Asked by Kathy.
- A:Answer Hi Kathy, An impeller washer has a disk structure at the bottom of the washer. It rotates to create a water current in the center of the drum, making clothes rub against each other to create friction and remove dirt. Impeller machines tend to have a larger capacity than agitator machines. Thank you for choosing Samsung and have a great day! ^Rainly

Q: QuestionCan you take out the impeller for larger loads?
Asked by Liz.
- A:Answer Hi Liz, Great question. We appreciate that you raised this question regarding the washer. The impeller is not removable during normal operation. For large loads like bedding or blankets. Please see the link for the best way to wash them. To input a blanket (WA45T3200A* models only) on page 29 https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202207/20220715140549641/WA3200T_DC68-03850D-04_EN_CFR_MES_R.pdf When you do laundry, you should consider the weight of each load you wash to get the best results. Both heavy and light items can overload your washing machine and dryer. In addition to reducing the cleaning performance, overloading your washing machine or dryer can cause other problems. Thus, you'll need to add clothes and other items in the best way possible. Please see the link below. Q: QuestionDo I need a vent hose through the wall or window or is it all right to use without one?
Asked by Craplech.
- A:Answer Hi Craplech, We appreciate your question about exhaust requirements of the washer. The washer does not need to be vented to the outside. Ensure that the location has a hard, level surface without carpeting or flooring that may obstruct ventilation. Leo
