• Annie, the washing machine and dryer are compatible with the Smart Care laundry app. You must first download the Samsung Laundry app from the Play Store or the App Store. I am including a link to the user manual on page 36 for information on downloading and using the smart care feature (https://bit.ly/2LtPX7V).
