A: I've seen Samsung answer a few questions but they skip this one right by that should tell you the answer. Go on YouTube and check out the videos. Samsung I would suggest not skimping on these parts when they start rusting that gets into your clothes also the spider bracket disintegrating when I saw it on YouTube was unreal everything looks pretty but behind the scenes it's not.

Because of this, we now offer models such as this one that have a standard agitator. These washers still use our High Efficiency technology, and therefore will still require the use of HE detergent. ^Jecca
A: Yes. You can fit a single comforter inside and the soap dispenser is inside as well. Make sure you load the soap, clorox and fabric softener before you set the wash cycle because the lid locks you out.

A: I bought the Samsung WA44A3405AV and yes the drain hose did come with the washer. BUT no water hoses.

High-efficiency detergents contain suds suppressors that reduce or eliminate suds. When fewer suds are produced, the load tumbles more efficiently and cleaning is maximized. Do not use regular detergent, organic detergent, natural detergent, or HE detergents with natural ingredients (such as vinegar, baking soda). ^Nic
Q: DO I NEED TO PURCHASE AN INSTALLATION KIT WITH THIS WASHER OR DOES EVERYTHING COME WITH IT?
A: You need to buy the installation kit as well. I think it was about $29.99 for the kit when I bought mine.

Good washing machine
Washes clothes really well. Good size and quiet. Love the agitator. However a wire has gotten loose within 2 months of buying.

Washes well, quiet, and great deal!
This was my first brand new washer (and the accompany dryer as a set) I purchased back in May 2023. I did my research, read reviews, and ended up buying the washer (and dryer) on sale for what I felt was an amazing deal! I was looking for something that fit within my budget, was easy to use, and would allow me to wash my clothes. They were delivered exactly on time. I didn't realize how much could fit within the drum! It's just me at home, so it's quite big. However, I love that I can wash blankets, comforters, and pillows easily! I have dogs, and can wash all of their items in one load. There are a variety of settings to fit your needs, but one that I would have liked to see if an efficiency or quick wash type of setting, as the minimum time to wash is about 38 or 40 minutes I believe. My old washer from the had a 30 min. automatic sensor wash cycle that was economical, as it tailored the water to the load, and was great for smaller loads. Still, I've had no problem washing my clothes, both detergent and the pods work well, and my clothes come out clean. I think this is great for families, as the drum is big in my opinion. When the cycle ends, it plays music, which I love because I know it's done. One thing to be mindful off is when washing towels, blankets, pillows, etc.: make sure to balance the stuff inside the drum. I had issues with a few blankets that got stuck to the side and I had to run the cycle a few times because it just stopped. It happened twice but never again afterwards.

Samsung Washer and Dryer set
I love this washer and dryer set! The deep, wide washer allows for larger loads of clothing to be washed evenly and thoroughly. With the agitator, I’m able to wash a lot of my towels and linens together with no loud noises or interruptions. The agitator really gets the job done with no wear or tear to your clothes/linens. The W&D are both easy to use. The dryer is so quiet. I love the different settings. It has four different water temperature settings, four water levels and smartcare/eco settings. The nice tune it plays when your clothes are done washing and/or drying is so pleasant. I love this set!
