Oh wow. Mine is pretty quite. It does make noise but not a lot. If I were you I would have returned. It is not normal when it start shaking.

I purchased the same (coming up to 3 years tomorrow).  Mine makes the same noise, whether a small, medium, or large load.  It sounds to me as though there is an imbalance.

Purchase mines in 2020 5yrs now almost ever time I wash it gets a UB code meaning unbalance YouTube says it the (4) shock springs need replacing it may take me 1 1/2 to 2hours to wash a full load if I'm not watching it
