Why does this washer not actually rinse? Installed it yday and did 2 loads and for both loads when it gets to rinse it fills up only half way clothes are not submerged in water and then just spins. How is that a rinse cycle? null

Please check to see if you changed the button selection for water level, it must be checked for each load.  If you don't select, it will do the smallest level to conserve water.
