“When we use pods in this washer, it sometimes "gums up" an article or two and we have to rewash. It works fine when using liquid detergent. Any idea why?”

Hi there, We are glad to clarify in using detergent pods on your Samsung washer. Using a ball-type detergent on this washer is not recommended. Detergent pods can be used if you prefer. However, ensure you use HE (High Efficiency) pods for better cleaning efficiency. Have a great day. Melardo
