I’m really happy with this washer so far. I bought the brushed black model and it looks super sleek in my laundry area. Installation was a lot easier than I expected—I was able to set it up myself without any issues. The 5.0 cu. ft. capacity is huge, so I can run fewer loads, and the Super Speed Wash feature is a lifesaver when I just need something cleaned fast. It’s also quieter than my old machine, even when it’s on a heavy cycle. The smart features are a nice bonus—I like being able to get a notification on my phone when the cycle’s done so I don’t forget. Steam clean works great for freshening up clothes and getting rid of wrinkles, too. Overall, it’s been an awesome upgrade. The quick wash is very quick (19 min.) yet seems to get clothing with normal daily soiling clean. The steam settings take longer, but are worth the time if someone in the house is ill or we have been out where poison ivy may be a concern. It is a quiet machine and the function choices are intuitive. The buttons are not true push-type buttons of the 1990s, but touch sensitive so a very light hover will activate them. The door handle groove being at the top takes a little getting used to, after 20 years of it being on the horizontal on our previous machine but that's a minor inconvenience we'll adjust to.

Love the design and color. Blended with any color of your house. Works great. I like the sounds when laundry is finish. It’s quieter sounds. Recommended for sure

We love our new Samsung washer and dryer. They both have large tubs, and I love setting each load according to the load. The dryer dries fast and saves on our electric bill.And definitely let Best Buy install it! They did an awesome job setting up and going over how to use them!!

We bought this washer and dryer set together and had them delivered and installed. The process was easy and the two installation techs obviously knew what they were doing, though they were a third party crew in an unmarked truck. The washer and dryer themselves are both beautiful and a pleasure to use. We love all the settings, how the door opens and closes, the way the dial feels in your hand, the quiet performance, and analysis of power usage. However, there are some annoyances that might just be us: 1st is the overall size - it barely fit into the laundry room in our new loft! The washer is also extremely heavy, and I am not ashamed to say I will be paying for movers next time we move, even if solely for moving this beast. 2nd is the chime - it plays a whole song that is annoying as all get out. What I did was register this with SmartThings, associate that with my Google Home, then turn off the chime so that notification if a completed load just comes through my phone.

This thing is cool quiet and sexxxy. I read a lot of reviews of dif washers. There are 3 things to do before you use it. 1. Read the inatruction manual. 2. Make sure you take out the 4 shipping bolts holding the cord. You unscrew a little and the long screw is connected to a plastic cork you pull out. 3. Calibrate it. You hold 2 buttons and it runs a calibration. It tells you in the book. My phone isnt compatible with the app. Its a older phone. But i would recomend. I had a 80s maytag.it still works!! But got a great deal and time to upgrade. The only negetive is the moisture. I never owned a front load washer. And some other reviewers cover it. But you should leave the door and drawer cracked open so it dries to prevent a smell. Its what they all say. But this has self clean so not really a big deal if you dont. But makes sense. But i would highly recomend. No complaints
