To begin with, I bought this TV to replace a 4-yr old Samsung HD SmartTV with a picture problem (bottom blackened/darkened) which happpened just right after the one year warranty expired. This old TV have a 120Hz Motion Rate. PRO: I liked the bluetooth feature in this TV because I can use my wireless bluetooth. CON: 1.) It keeps on telling me that it's not connected to the internet. I have an ethernet connected and wireless configured. I have to run connections several times. 2.) It showed the blackening/darkening symptoms (like from the old TV it replaced) from the lower corner. When I talked to the Customer Service when I had the first problem, the person mentioned that this is a common problem with the Samsung TV -- Ooops! Freudian Slip! ** Samsung should be already aware of this problem and had fixed it since it has been years when I had my first Samsung TV. It's very disappointing that Samsung continue to mass produce their products, just like their cellphones, and NEGLECT QUALITY OVER QUANTITY TO MAKE PROFITS. ** 3.) MOTION RATE IS ONLY 60Hz!!! Don't believe the marketing MR 120Hz speed. I immediately noticed the lag while watching a basketball game. Out of curiosity, the following day I wanted to test the motion rate by watching a fast action movie. I am not an expert on this but it was evident that it actually lags in motion rate. ** As mentioned earlier, my old HD TV have a MR 120Hz. Samsung made an advertised 4K UHD Smart TV but reduced the Motion Rate. Why??? The technology is already there, why make a product that is a few steps backward. Especially for the price consumers pays for this kind of TV. Even with Samsung's 7000 series product line, the Motion Rate is also 60Hz. ** I returned this TV and exchanged for another 4K UHD Smart TV by another manufacturer with a TRUE Motion Rate 120Hz and sacrifice not having the bluetooth feature.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I never had this on my TV. Might be a bad component.
