• The tv needs to be connected to the same WiFi as the iPhone in order to use AirPlay 2

• Hi Phitty - Turn your phone to a hot spot/tethering and you can use any App on the TV. The TV has Apple TV and Airplay 2 built in. The television also offers WiFi direct, please check to see if your device supports it. ^Cris
