“I am legally deaf and have been since I was 3 1/2 years old. I use closed captioning as well as sound. Consequently I cannot use Alexa or Google Assisant. Also cannot hear most videos. Is there another ways I can hear sound other that using the systems”

• I am also fairly deaf and rely on the captioning. The only other way to get sound from this is to hook up some Bluetooth headphones with a transmitter.

• Hi Libby! Samsung TVs like the TU8000 allow you to connect to Bluetooth hearing aids and other Bluetooth devices allowing for more options to listen. You can even have the TV speakers and the Bluetooth device play at the same time using Multi Output Audio so everyone in the room has an optimal audio experience. ^Tim
