The other answer is absolutely correct. However, I'm not sure if you are looking for something feasible in terms of size. Standard TVs today are in a 16:9 ratio (width to height) so expect height to be just over half the width. Even Carts back in the day were 4:3, not meeting your slightly taller than wide request.
