• The overall width of the TV is 38.1. Would guess that it would fit into your cabinet if you have a little bit of wiggle room on your 38”. Good luck!

• Yes. you measure from top left corner to bottom right corner. Diagonally. It’s a 43 inch screen, with a half inch more on top and bottom. So actually 44 inches.
