• I installed the Samsung in my daughter's apartment. She absolutely loves the TV, the picture, the ease of use, everything really. As for the sound, she's quite satisfied with it, but she's not the 'full theater experience' buff that I am. I have a 60" Samsung with a full Yamaha Surround Sound system. The quality from both is remarkable.

• the sound is good. There are some volume ups and downs with different programs, but that's due to the stations. NO problems with the sound in this tv.
