You can operate this machine directly on the machine using the center dial. You do NOT need to use your phone.

Hi There. Glad that you asked if you could operate directly on the washer without using your phone. Yes, you can still use your washer as normal. Using the SmartThings app on your phone, you can control, monitor, and schedule laundry on your washer. Have a great day. Melardo
