QuestionWhat is the difference between the color "ivory" and "white". Is ivory more off-white? I already have white Samsung pedestals that I would like to use for my new set, and would like them to match. Please advise.

- Answer I have white pedestals and the ivory washer/dryer. I attached a photo, I don't think there is a big difference. But do they match? no. I'm not spending on another set of pedestals when the old ones are just fine. My washer/dryer are in the garage, so color coordination was not a priority, it was more the wi-fi, smartthings app. Hope the pic helps.

QuestionDoes this washer have an easy to clean filter? I wash a lot of pet items and have heard some washers get clogged with hair and almost impossible to clean out.

QuestionHow do I run the Self-Clean Cycle? The washer has prompted me at the end of the last cycle. Do I use detergent or just set it to SELF CLEAN and push START?

- Answer Just set it to self clean and push start. If u have a smell inside like molding, u can use bleach but not a lot. Hope this help

QuestionDoes the door open from the left side?

- Answer As you face the washing machine - the door hinges are on the left side -- so you open it by pulling out on the right side. Washer door cannot be swapped to swing the other way due to safety interlocks. However, their matching dryer door can be swapped to swing either way.

- Answer It has several different “stronger” settings, some of which go close to three hours with hot water and stream sanitizing. I use the longer washes for my biking and gardening clothes. They come out fine. Add some Febreze odor eliminator for an extra boost.
