How much space do you need behind the washer and dryer? The closet I'd like to put it in is 34.5 inches deep, and the washer is 33 and 3/16 inches deep so I did not know if this would be enough clearance.

To ensure sufficient clearance for water inlet hoses, drain hose and airflow, allow minimum clearances of at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) at the sides and 4 inches (10 cm) behind the washer. Be sure to allow for wall, door, or floor moldings that may increase the required clearances. ~Tanisha

Mega Capacity Smart Front Load Washer with TurboWash® 360° and AI DD® Built-In Intelligence, Model # WM6500HBA, TurboWash™ is available for the Normal, AI Wash, Bedding, Towels, Quick Wash, Heavy Duty, Allergiene™, Bright Whites™, Sanitary, Perm. Press, Jeans, Color Care, Sweat Stains, Large Loads, X Large Load, and Overnight cycles. It is automatically included in the Normal, AI Wash, Heavy Duty, Jeans, Color Care, Sweat Stains, Large Loads, X Large Load, and Overnight cycles and cannot be deselected. To add it to the cycles for which it is not automatically selected, select the cycle you want to add it to, press the Options button, turn the knob to select TurboWash™ from the menu, then press OK to add it to the cycle...^Ivan.
We purchased this model last December (2023). It washes great and the capacity is fantastic, but the functionality of the dial to select the type of load you want is no longer functioning. Does this model have a 1 year manufacturer guarantee?
Answered by AnonymousI am the person who submitted this question. I wanted to let whomever answered this question that their advice to view the troubleshooting link worked great. A simple unplugging of the wall outlet, followed by holding the power button for 5 seconds, then the pause button for 5 seconds, then plugging the wall outlet back in worked perfectly. Upon powering up again, the Dial now displayed all the available cycle options. Many thanks!
