Q: Can this machine wash a queen size comforter?
A: I received this washer today and it can not hold a queen size comforter without you trying to stuff it in. If you have to stuff it in the comforter will not wash properly.
A: comes with it!
A: The washer, model WM1455HWA, should be plugged r into a 120 VAC, 60 Hz grounded 3- prong outlet. The matching dryer, DLHC1455HW, has its own terminal block that must be connected to a separate 240 VAC, 60-Hertz, single-phase circuit, fused at 30 amperes (the circuit must be fused on both sides of the line). ELECTRICAL SERVICE FOR THE DRYER SHOULD BE OF THE MAXIMUM RATE VOLTAGE LISTED ON THE NAMEPLATE. DO NOT CONNECT THE DRYER TO 110-, 115-, OR 120-VOLT CIRCUIT. ^Daphane
A: As a 2.4 cubic feet unit the washer can comfortably holds 10 to 12 pounds of clothing per wash. ^Daphane
Q: Do you think the 2.4 CuFt capacity is acceptable for a family of 4?
A: Yes the LG 2.4 Compact washer washes large lods very well for it's size. I wash my king size comforters in it no problem.
A: The washer is heavier, and is always in the bottom as far as I know.
Q: How much water does the machine use per large load?
A: Hello there. The water usage for the LG Washer, Model WM1455HWA, can vary based on the specific cycle and load size selected. However, here are some general guidelines: •Normal Cycle: Typically, a large load in a normal wash cycle may use around 14-20 gallons (53-76 liters) of water. •Heavy Duty Cycle: For heavier loads or heavily soiled items, the water usage may be slightly higher, usually around 16-22 gallons (61-83 liters). •Energy Saving Options: Many LG washers offer energy-saving options that use less water, such as the "Cold Wash" or "Quick Wash" cycles. These cycles are designed to use less water while still effectively cleaning your laundry. For precise information regarding water usage for specific cycles on your washer model, it's best to consult the user manual or visit the official LG website for detailed specifications. -MC
Q: What is the decibel level of the washer? Of the dryer?
A: If You mean the noise level si very low. I'm living at My apt and is small... But You can barely hear it's on

I needed to replace a washer and dryer in a high rise condo. The old unit was Bosch and started to give us problems. This is much, much better. Larger capacity, uses less water, more controls, and a lot quieter. I like the wifi notifications on the phone. If you have limited space this might be the best on the market.

Let me preface this review to say this is my first front loader. There seem to be infinite cycles depending on how much time you want to spend customizing on the app. As far as washing: clothes are clean and smell fresh. Cycles take slightly longer than my full size top loader i owned previously. I only use a fraction of the detergent I used with my top loader. I wanted to use this machine for a while before writing a review. So far I've been pleased. I did purchase the extended warranty since the entire machine is based on a computer chip board,so there's a reasonable chance it will be called upon at least once (though hopefully not).
