For what others, who are about your height, are saying, chances are very likely that you might benefit from having a small step stool or a grabber tool of some kind placed near you, if you purchase this washing machine or any others that 5 cu ft or more. One woman mentioned she used long barbecue tongs to help her reach to the bottom of the washing machine and she's 5'4".
