Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Alright. I have the Q850A as well and my rear speakers, too, are cutting out. I tried the (most unhelpful) web chat. Was told to do a reset, and I did. I reconnected the system to a 2.4ghz wifi network instead of a 5ghz one (they recommended it) and the sound was fine. For about half an hour. Started doing it again. There are no wifi routers in the same room and the rear speaker link box is maybe 10 feet from the soundbar itself. All Google search results talk about the subwoofer cutting out. No. Not the case. I want this fixed. It's completely unacceptable for a system at this price point to have this kind of issue. I am NOT impressed with Samsung right now. Considering returning it and switching back to my old Sony 3D bluray theater system with all wired connections. (Not my preference.... but if necessary....)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar issue with one rear speaker. I had the speaker wire connected to far inside the speaker which caused an unstable connection. You should try restarting it to factory settings.
