Q: QuestionI just bought this system last week, i have been having some issues with the rear speakers cutting in and out at times. Has anyone else had this problem? Also theres been a few times i have not had any sound coming from the whole system. Any help please?

Q: QuestionIf this only has one HDMI input, how will it play sound when I want to play a DVD or Apple TV? What should my DVD player/devices be plugged into? Thanks!!

• A:Answer Hi Mark! There are two ways to utilize the HDMI connections on the soundbar. HDMI ARC allows you to connect your devices to the TV, then run one HDMI from the soundbars output to the TVs HDMI ARC port. All sound from the TV will then play through the soundbar. Alternatively, you can connect a device to the soundbars HDMI input, then run an HDMI cable from the soundbar's output to the TV. This will allow you to play the audio from the device through the soundbar, and pass the video through to the TV. ^Tim

• A:Answer Hi Jemma! The HW-A450, A550, A650, Q600A, and Q700A feature a 6.5" subwoofer. The HW-Q850A, Q900A, and Q950A feature an 8" subwoofer. This is the measurement of the speaker inside the enclosure, not the enclosure itself. I hope this helps you search for a new soundbar! ^Tim

• A:Answer Yes I use this for my Sony tv via eARC. If you don’t use Samsung you just lose some features like not being able to do the tv syncing thing but other than that it’s worked like normal for me.

Q: QuestionThe Q850A is a 5.1.2 system and you answered previous that this is a 3.1.2 system. What does this setup offer that the HW-Q950T doesn't? Are the rear speakers better with the 850A? I read these new ones have side firing channels that the 950T does not.
