A:Answer Hi! First, check the connections of the subwoofer and rear speakers to ensure they are properly paired with the soundbar. You should see a solid blue light on the back of each unit when the soundbar is turned on meaning the connection has been made. If the light is flashing blue, or red, you will need to re pair the soundbar or rear speakers. If the light is solid blue and you are not hearing sound from the rear speakers, the sound may not be formatted for surround sound. Changing the sound mode of the sound bar to Surround may improve your experience with the audio.
