The rear speakers are not truly “wireless”. There is a hub that you connect the speak wire to. So you will have to hide the wire for clean look. 2. There should be around 30% more bass and lack’s mid range. Both reasons are my being picky! 5 STAR REASONS -Install takes anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes if you are hiding all wires. -Paired up first timing Turning the system on. -So loud I haven’t turned it up all the way. -Sound quality is impeccable - Good for both music and movies - looks slick If you don’t want to have to hassle with a wired Adoby atmos system this is for you!

Thank you for purchasing the 2021 HW-Q850A Samsung Soundbar. I am glad to hear the setup process was a breeze, and that you are enjoying the performance of your brand new soundbar.
We greatly value your feedback regarding the design of the rear speakers included with your unit. Occasionally, customers have trouble hiding and running speaker wires from the front of the room (where the soundbar is) to the back of their room (where they have their rear speakers). The Rear Speaker Kit is designed to eliminate that hassle.
There are two adjustments that can be made to maximize bass from the soundbar and subwoofer:
1) Using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the level to -12 or between -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.
2) Adjust the bass control by pressing the SOUND CONTROL button (gear icon) on the remote control, then select BASS to increase the level. You can adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
You can also adjust your rear speaker volume by selecting REAR LEVEL, REAR TOP LEVEL, and then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust within a -6 to +6 range.
For more precise audio adjustments, you can also use the 7-band frequency equalizer to optimize the sound for your room acoustics.

I fought the connect to the left and right speakers for a while until I just reset the sound bar and then no problems after that. The sound sos cut out but I’m pretty sure that’s because everything is Wi-Fi and if your network or Wi-Fi drops or is overloaded like mine duh what do you think will happen to the connection but that literally only happened once and for a second or two within the week. I’m looking into buying a new router modem. Besides the the subwoofer hits nicely and the back speakers come in when they are supposed to. My dad came over and loved it and is getting one as well. I frugal so if you ask me I think everything is over priced

Excellent audio, and the sub shakes my little theatre room--and probably my whole little house lol. Got some speaker stands for the back channel speakers and those sound excellent as well. The soundbar is just low profile enough to sit on my tv stand that comes with my 85" Samsung QN90B that its right under the screen and doesn't interfere with viewing. Highly highly recommend that TV as well.

Pair these with a QN85B Samsung tv. And the sound from both TV and sound Together work. With tv adds more front speakers.

I have this connected to my 50” Samsung with my PS5 and WOW! Sound is probably good enough for a living room. Definitely would recommend for a home theater experience.

Niw that we got that out if the way . This is my Alexa , tv speakers , projector theatre system . Literally at less than a quarter volume in 30x30 space its just unreal . Atmos is unbelievable on childhood favs like Superman , Starwars , Lord of the Rings , Spiderman and many many more . You want a recorded live concert watch it with this system. My only ither issue is my wife telling me to lower the volume ..i cant fix that

But the sound this one is OK but not spectacular. The rear speakers failed after a few months but were replaced by Samsung under warranty. There are four sound modes but little customization or explanation is available. The Alexa implementation is incomplete. It cannot Apple Music. "Apple Music is not supported on this device." It cannot make an announcement. "Sorry you can't send announcements from this device yet." It cannot Drop In. "Calling with Alexa is not supported on this device. You can use the Alexa app instead." The Alexa Wake Word cannot be changed. It cannot play Apple Podcasts. "Apple Podcasts is not supported on this device." Samsung's SmartThings app cannot access many of the soundbar's settings (e.g. virtual speaker setting). When streaming music from Amazon music via Wi-Fi the sound bar stutters with half a second of silence every now and then. It's not a buff rain issue the speed in this part of my home is above 150Mbs.

Please know, in addition to the available sound modes, your soundbar features a wide range of other customization options accessed with the remote. Use the steps below to further optimize the sound to your personal preference:
You can adjust the Treble and Bass by pressing the SOUND CONTROL button (looks like a gear symbol), then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the level.
With the Surround Speakers connected, select REAR LEVEL and then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.
If you would like louder (or softer) bass from your subwoofer, you can adjust the level by rocking the WOOFER button on the soundbar remote, and then adjusting the level from -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.
With the sound mode set to Standard, press and hold the Sound Control button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band for precise audio adjustments. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons.

Using the adaptive sound setting it is like being at the movies. I have rewatched several Marvel movies and was able to catch many things I had previously missed. I only have one problem my wife is always yelling at me to turn it down!

This is the perfect surround sound setup to have for a master bedroom, just like our current set up. This is coming from someone who was not on opposed, but also swore they would never get a sound bar. It has an excellent crisp sound quality. With the subwoofer underneath our bed, the base sounds even more stronger. I made a great choice and I wholeheartedly recommend it as well.
