“I just purchased Samsung HW-Q850A sound bar and the rear speaker came with SWA-9100/ZA. Prior Samsung rep indicated that they should be SWA-9500. Is this true? The speakers are not 2.0.2 w/Dolby Atmos”

Hi CSR - The HW-Q850A is compatible with the SWA-9100S Rear Speaker Kit. The SWA-9500S Rear Kit is compatible with the HW-Q700A, HW-Q800A, and HW-Q900A Soundbars. ^Gina
