Man, mine wasn't even 2 months when I realized it doesn't clean well. Samsung said it does what it's supposed to.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It sucks when stuff like this happens. All I can say, go to the actual store and speak to a manager. If its under warranty and cannot be fixed within a timely manner, sometimes he/she can do things Samsung will not. Like replace it, maybe at a 80% off even ir completely free. Or give ya a floor model and even possibly an upgraded version. Maybe give you a recently returned and unused item. Maybe even a refund. They have many options available to them, doesn't mean it will go that way or that smoothly. However, if it's that far, it's always worth a shot. Also, maybe try contacting a different repair facility. It is possible to bill Samsung from a different repair man, under certain circumstances. I.e. if u call person A and they have the part (probably won't happen) then you can contact Samsung or geek squad, whichever you are going thru, and they can foot the bill either preemptively or when the work is finished with authorization. So there are other options other than waiting. Unfortunately it requires you to do all the work which absolutely isn't fair or right.
