QuestionWe just bought this new washer . Is the cycle turn switch suppose to have 2 lights on when you turn it to normal, whites or etc??

- Answer If you are talking about the blinking light for the type of wash and also the power light (or the one tight under it, I can't remember which stays blinking) then yes. If you are talking normal and whites, then no. You can only select 1 option with the dial and only one option with the dial should stay blinking.

QuestionHow does the washer determine how much water to add for specific loads or cycles? Is it easy to add water if the amount provided seems to be too low? How?

- Answer Deep Wash will use more water, or you can press deep fill for many other wash settings to add water. You can also increase the soiled settings which adds slightly more water. You can also choose multiple rinse cycles if you want. The agitator keeps the clothes moving up and down during and really gets them clean.

QuestionCan the agitator be removed so pillows can be washed in it? (I’ve already ordered mine but forgot to ask)

- Answer It's huge. You could wash pillows but I wouldn't recommend it. You'd have to use the deep fill option & there not much movement with the agitator. I'm shocked my load is fully wet because you'd think the top would be dry. Things stay where you put them. It doesn't clean well.

QuestionWe have only had our Samsung for 7months, did the software update, technician been out, the parts are unavailable. It's been 1month without a washer and Sansung has given us the run around. Why can't they fix our machine? I am so upset with Samsung!!!
