The lid seems to be top heavy. Is there a feature that I am not aware of?? Or has anyone found a trick to keep the lid open without holding it. I'm hoping its not a design flaw because it is not easy getting clothes out when the lid does not stay open. null

Hi Michelle,
The lid needs to be fully tilted to the back to stay open, check page 60 on the user manual for reference.

I cut a wine cork in half and place it on the right hand side on the lid
